1. Service Description

HeadshotAI provides AI-powered professional headshot generation. You upload a photo, make a one-time payment, and receive AI-generated professional headshots. The service is operated by JB Ventures.

2. Acceptable Use

By using HeadshotAI, you agree that:

• You are uploading a photo of yourself or have explicit permission from the person depicted
• You will not upload photos of minors
• You will not upload sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
• You are at least 18 years old

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are one-time and non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine there was a technical failure on our side that prevented delivery of your headshots. If your results are poor quality due to a technical issue, contact us at hello@headshotai.co and we will regenerate them or issue a full refund at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original uploaded photo. The AI-generated headshots produced from your photo are licensed to you for personal and commercial use — you may use them for LinkedIn, CVs, websites, marketing materials, and any other professional purpose. You may not resell the generated images as-is to third parties.

5. Accuracy & Quality

AI-generated images may not perfectly replicate your exact appearance. Results vary based on the quality of your uploaded photo. We recommend uploading a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo for best results. We do not guarantee that results will meet any specific aesthetic standard beyond what AI technology can produce.

6. Limitation of Liability

HeadshotAI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. We will not be liable for any loss caused by temporary service unavailability.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
