When you use HeadshotAI, we collect the photo you upload for headshot generation, payment information processed securely by Stripe (we never see your card details), and your email address if provided during checkout.
Your uploaded photo is used solely to generate your professional headshots via fal.ai's FLUX AI model. Your photo is stored temporarily in fal.ai's secure storage during processing and is not used to train AI models, shared with third parties for marketing, or retained beyond what is necessary to deliver your results.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

Generated headshot images are accessible via the link provided after purchase. Uploaded photos and generated images are stored temporarily and deleted automatically after 7 days. We recommend downloading your headshots promptly after generation.
You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Contact us at hello@headshotai.co to exercise your rights under GDPR or applicable data protection laws.
HeadshotAI uses minimal cookies necessary for the service to function (such as session state). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
